HugeSupps ships internationally. Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery timeframes are calculated during checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order.
Shipping options
Available shipping methods and rates are displayed at checkout once you enter your address. We do not add hidden fees; the shipping cost shown at checkout is the shipping cost you pay, excluding any customs duties, taxes, or import charges that may be levied by your country.
Order processing
Orders are prepared for dispatch after payment has been confirmed. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, payment method confirmation times, and product availability. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery timeframes
Delivery times depend on the destination country, local customs processing, courier handling, public holidays, and local postal conditions. As a general guide, international orders are often delivered within 1–3 weeks from dispatch. This is an estimate only and is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Tracking
Where tracking is available for your selected shipping method, a tracking number will be included in your dispatch confirmation email. You can use this number to follow your package through the carrier’s website. Some destinations or shipping methods may not include tracking.
Customs, duties, and taxes
International orders may be subject to customs inspection, duties, taxes, or other fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price paid to HugeSupps. Customs policies vary by country; please contact your local customs office if you need more information.
Incorrect shipping details
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. HugeSupps is not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Lost, damaged, or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or has not been delivered within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible. For damaged or incorrect orders, please include clear photos and your order number so we can assess the issue.
