This Refund and Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through hugesupps.com. Due to the nature of the products we supply, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, ordering the wrong product, or no longer needing a product after purchase.
When returns or replacements may be considered
A return, replacement, or refund may only be considered where an item is:
- damaged on arrival,
- defective,
- incorrect,
- missing from your order, or
- materially different from what was purchased.
Time limits
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return, replacement, or order review. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
Condition requirements
To be eligible for a return or replacement, the item must be unused, unopened, sealed, and in the same condition you received it, unless the issue relates to damage or defect discovered on arrival. The item must also be in its original packaging where applicable.
Non-returnable items
The following are not eligible for return unless they are damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially not as described:
- Opened, used, or partially used products.
- Products removed from original packaging.
- Products ordered in error by the customer.
- Products damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery.
How to request a return or replacement
Contact us at admin@hugesupps.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs where damage or defect is visible. We will review your request and respond as soon as possible.
Refunds and replacements
Approved requests may be resolved by a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion. Refunds, if issued, will be processed to the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
